Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.

The following items are final sale: car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet products, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, and clearance items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method.

If you receive your order and it is damaged, or defects occur during use of the product that are covered under the product’s warranty, your purchase will be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty which varies per brand. Our Love Your Stroller Guarantee allows strollers to be returned for in-store credit only.

To start a return, you must contact us at hello@babycubby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as all returns require proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number or in packaging other than original packaging are not guaranteed to be processed, may incur a larger restocking fee, and/or may be refused.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition, and that all parts are included. Any product that is missing any parts will incur a charge for those missing items. Any shipping charges will not be reimbursed. The Baby Cubby is not responsible for damage sustained in return transit and damaged products will incur a restocking fee based upon their condition. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for processing.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AND IT IS BROKEN?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
