One of the best features of the Baby Jogger City Select Lux is that both seats can be used in either position, front or back, and adaptors are included when you purchase a second seat. When you purchase the rumble seat for the UPPAbaby Vista, it also includes adapters, but you might want to buy an additional set of adapters if you want to use a non-standard standard seating configuration (with the toddler seat in the upper position and the rumble seat below). Both have telescopic handlebars to accommodate parents of different heights, and on the Lux you'll find the brake (which is also a decelerating brake) on the handlebar. The UPPAbaby Vista has a foot brake and also includes a removable belly bar on the toddler seat. The City Select Lux does not include a belly bar, but you can purchase a child tray for both toddler seats!

On the Baby Jogger City Select Lux, both seats have the same weight capacity and can carry a child who weighs up to 45 pounds. On the UPPAbaby Vista, the toddler seat has a weight capacity of 50 pounds and the rumble seat has a weight capacity of 35 pounds.
