If you're a family that's always on the go, and needs a traveling stroller that fits your lifestyle and is comfortable for your little one during the trip, then you'll the new UPPAbaby Minu! It's a brand new, lightweight stroller from UPPAbaby that is going to make your traveling life so much easier!
UPPABaby 2018 Minu Stroller - Jordan
UPPAbaby is known for their high end gear that make little aspects of your parenting journey convenient and fool-proof. The Minu is no different, and even coming in around 14 pounds is going to be packed with the features you want in a stroller when you're dealing with airports, packing, and whatever your trip has to throw at you!
Probably the most travel friendly feature for this lightweight stroller is the fold and carry functions. With a one-handed fold, you just push the button on the handlebar and it collapses. It stands up and keeps all soft material off the floor, and has a carrying strap to throw it on your shoulder like a messenger bag. And at 14lbs this thing probably weighs less than my diaper bag. Oofta. If you wanted to fly with this stroller and bring it as a carryon (instead of checking it at the gate) the Minu comes with a drawstring bag, or you can purchase the travel bag for an easier hold.
The Minu has a generous basket that's easy to get to, and perfect for storing your travel essentials that you want within quick reach. While I'm walking through the airport and I am constantly grabbing for my wallet this is a great place to stash it! The small, rubber tires help to keep the stroller light, but make a very smooth ride. But you'll want to stick to even surfaces with the Minu, because of the smaller tires, it won't do so well on rougher terrain. If you're planning a trip with some walking around a new city, amusement park, or zoo then the Minu is going to do great! It also has two separate foot brakes for easy on/off without messing up your toes.
The Minu has a generous canopy, and you can fold out an extended canopy for extra coverage when you're out at the amusement parks or walking around the zoo. The weight capacity is up to 50lbs, and you can start using it around 3months. The seat reclines, but it's not quite deep enough to be safe for newborns. If you want to use this with your compatible infant carseat, you can purchase adapters to click in your seat. Take a look at our Youtube video to see the list of compatible seats, and to get a closer look at how the UPPAbaby Minu stacks up against another popular travel stroller, the Baby Jogger City Tour.
