Why We Love Burt's Bees

Why We Love Burt's Bees

When it comes to our littles, we want to make sure we're outfitting them in the best there is. If that means we can find them something that will be comfortable, safe, cute, and do some good to the planet that is a major win right there!

Burt's Bees is a brand that everyone knows about, because, hello!, they have the best lip balm ever. But in recent years, they've expanded from face and body products to clothing. Just like all of their other products, they're using only the best ingredients to give us the best for our babes.

They use organic cotton or wool in all of their clothes. Why is this important? And how does this help the planet? Well, organic fabrics mean you're not going to have to worry about any chemical treatments going into the making or dying of the clothes your kids wear which is perfect considering their skin is way more sensitive than ours. Since Burt's Bees also meets the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), you also know that they're using reliable sources for farming, and that they're making the fabrics and clothing in facilities safe for people and the environment.

Burt's Bees baby basics are so great, because they're made with organic materials, they get softer with washing and wearing, which means your littles will wear them out fast enough. This stops you from having to repurchase new onesies or jammies, and adds to the sustainability of the clothing. Cool, huh?

Not to mention the fact that they're always releasing adorable prints and patterns for every season that you never feel like your littles are wearing anything less than the best!

Here's a couple of my faves for springtime:

If you're a mama who is looking for a brand that promises sustainability, organic materials, and excellent products, then Burt's Bees will already be at the top of your mama list. But throw in that they're making adorable and comfortable clothing, and you've got yourself a go-to brand for all your baby needs! Your babes and the planet will thank you!
