Furniture items have a shipping charge of $149. Everything else in your order will ship for free, but the furniture itself will have this extra charge.
Free 5-7 days shipping is available on every order over $25 (excluding taxes and shipping fees) in the continental U.S.A. If you are in need of expedited shipping, the cost will be dependent upon your area and how fast you are wanting it shipped to you. You can get a shipping quote in your cart at checkout.
For standard shipping, FedEx and USPS have up to 5-7 business days to deliver your order. However, most items arrive within 3-5 business days.

Q. What if my order arrives late?
A. We are very sorry if your order arrives late! Late arrivals are often due to problems the shipping company is experiencing (weather, truck problems, loss, etc.). If you paid for a faster shipping time outside of the standard shipping please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and concern.
Q. How quickly will my order leave your warehouse?
A. In-stock and non-drop ship orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm MST.
Q. When will I get tracking information on my package?
A. Tracking information will be available as soon as our warehouse processes your purchase. Please allow 24 hours after your package has been picked up for tracking information to update.
Q. Who will my package ship with?
A. Delivery is usually by the United States Postal Service (USPS); however, items over 3 pounds or $225 will be shipped via FedEx and may require a signature for delivery.
