Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.

I always have great experiences here but yesterday was my favorite! I had my toddler bring her binky’s and pick out a jellycat, and then I explained to the employees that I was going to let her “pay for her octopus with her binky’s”. They went right along with it and I was so grateful! My toddler was so excited and it was the perfect and ONLY way we’ve been able to get rid of the binky without her being sad!
