To Clean Fabric:

  1. If there is a stain that water alone can’t remove, use a sponge with a solution of non-bleach mild soap and cold water. Beware not to use harsh detergents or cleaning agents which may cause damage to the seat.
  2. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove soap. Allow the stroller to air dry. Always be sure that your stroller is completely dry before storing. Prolonged exposure to moisture can lead to issues with mold or mildew.

To Clean the Frame:

  1. Carefully inspect the frame, brakes, and any joints for pieces of debris that may be stuck between parts. Removing any dirt or leaves from moving parts.
  2. Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth, using mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals that could possibly cause corrosion to metal parts.
  3. Dry the frame with a dry cloth and make sure all parts are dry before storing to prevent issues like rusting.

At The Baby Cubby, we want to make sure you love your stroller! Every stroller purchase with us is covered by our Love Your Stroller Guarantee! If you don't love it, return it within 60 days for in-store credit only (excludes clearance strollers and color swaps meaning changing colors or styles of the same stroller). 
We know that a stroller is one of the most expensive items you buy when preparing for your little one and our purpose is to help you enjoy the amazing journey of parenthood more.  We want you to find a stroller you love and be confident you are making the right decision, and if you didn’t buy the right stroller the first time, bring it back and find one you really love.

How to Return Your Stroller

  1. Within 60 days of your purchase, call our customer care team at 888-677-5583 or email us at hello@babycubby.com to authorize your stroller return and get an RMA number (no RMA number needed for retail store returns).

  2. Ship your stroller back to us or bring it to our store in American Fork, UT.

  • If shipping your stroller back: Please send your stroller to the address below and include a copy of your order receipt and your RMA # (customer is responsible for return shipping).
  • Receive your refund (issued via gift card for The Baby Cubby) within 3-5 days of us receiving your returned stroller.

  • Find a new stroller at BabyCubby.com that you really love!

Additional Return Instructions

  1. In order to receive a full refund, all stroller parts and pieces must be included with the return and stroller must be in usable condition. 

  2. The stroller can be used and does not need to be in new condition or even in the original packaging. If the stroller isn’t functional anymore, then we are unable to refund the stroller purchase.

  3. You can return your stroller twice during the 60-day period (the 60-day period starts from the purchase of the first stroller). The third stroller will become a final-sale item. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My stroller is scratched and has visible damage on it, can I still return it?

    • YES, you can still return your stroller within 60 days as long as it still functions and has all the pieces/parts, even if it has scratches or other damage to it.

  • How long do I have to return my stroller?

    • You will receive a full refund for your stroller within 60 days of purchasing it.

  • I bought a stroller and set it up and used it for a few weeks but decided I didn’t like it, can I return it?

    • YES! That is exactly what our Love Your Stroller Guarantee is for, to enable you to feel confident about buying the right stroller.

  • How will my refund be issued?

    • Your full refund will be issued through a Baby Cubby gift card.

  • Does the stroller have to be in the original packaging and box?

    • No, your stroller doesn’t need to be in the original packaging to be returned, however, if you bought a stroller to test it out and think you might return that stroller, we recommend keeping the box to make your return process simpler.

  • I can’t find the stroller manual, can I still return the stroller?

    • Yes, you do not need to return the manual with the stroller, although if you have it still, we’d love to have it back.

  • Will shipping I paid when I purchased the stroller be refunded when I return the stroller?

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs purchased after the stroller has already been delivered, but all orders over $95 ship for free at BabyCubby.com, so hopefully you didn’t pay any shipping.

  • Someone gave me this stroller as a gift and I don’t have the receipt. What do I do?

    • In order to issue a full refund for a stroller we do need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or email.  The original purchaser would need to authorize that you are returning the stroller they purchased so that we can issue the refund for their purchase.

  • I bought my stroller 6 months ago but I just had my baby and am using the stroller for the first time and I don't like it, can I still return it?
    • If you don't plan on using the stroller for over 60 days after purchase we recommend waiting to buy that stroller or talking to one of our certified Cubby Moms on the phone or in our retail store to help you evaluate if the stroller is a right fit for you.  Our Love Your Stroller Guarantee is only available within 60 days of purchase.
  • I bought some accessories and adapters with my stroller but now I'm returning the stroller within the 60 day return window, can I return the accessories as well?
    • Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of used stroller accessories.  The Love Your Stroller Guarantee applies only to the stroller itself.  We recommend testing out the stroller to make sure you love it before buying additional accessories for it.  We always have free shipping for orders over $95 on our website, so many accessories qualify for free shipping without the purchase of a stroller.
  • I bought a car seat to go with the stroller I purchased but now I am returning the stroller, can I also return the car seat?
    • Safety is our top priority and because of that we are unable to accept returns of car seats.
  • I bought my stroller within the last 60 days and since then a new color of the same stroller that I bought came out, can I return my stroller for the newer model?
    • Our Love Your Stroller Guarantee is made to help you find a stroller you love but strollers can only be returned to purchase a new stroller model to help you find a stroller that fits you the best.  Unfortunately strollers cannot be returned in order to change colors or styles of the same stroller

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to standard shipping orders over $95 within the continental US. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Rates

Free 5-7 day shipping is available on every order over $95 (excluding taxes and shipping fees) in the continental US. If you need expedited shipping, the cost will depend on your location and how quickly you want it shipped. You can get a shipping quote in your cart at checkout.

Shipping Timeline

For standard shipping, FedEx and USPS take up to 5-7 business days to deliver your order. However, most items arrive within 3-5 business days.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new. 

The following items are final sale: car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet products, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, and clearance items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@babycubby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
