A very Merry Christmas and happy holidays from our Baby Cubby family to yours! This time of year seems to come faster and faster each year. We are grateful for you all this holiday season! The Baby Cubby community has grown this year and we couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. This season comes with a time for celebrations, it’s a time to give, and it’s a time to spend with family and friends.
For me this time of year seems to evolve more and more into one of giving as opposed to receiving (maybe that’s part of being a parent) and many thoughts of what I can do for others have become my focus. It’s never too late to find ways to serve in your neighborhoods and communities.
The one gift we can give regardless of our financial situation is kindness to others. Remember those who are working away from their family members during the holidays and thank them. Remember those who are less fortunate than ourselves and look for places to volunteer that help those in need. Even saying a simple, “Happy holidays!" to a passing stranger can mean the world to someone. Regardless of your religion, socioeconomic background, or financial situation, kindness is a free gift we can give to all.
