To view your rewards just login to your account on our website and you will see a "loyalty" page showing you your points, tier level and ways you can redeem and earn more points.

Yes, if you don't use your points they will expire after 6 months. But don't worry, you'll get reminders if any of your points are expiring.

Rewards tiers are for a 12 month period and are based on the amount of points you earn. With each new tier you'll get an extra perk like a $20 Cubby Cash Reward (rewards vary) but with each tier you will always earn 5% back!

Cubby Cash is a discount on your order so if you return an item you used Cubby Cash rewards on you will not be refunded in cash for that reward discount.
