Before our little boy was born, I remember thinking how amazing it would be when I quit working because I wouldn't have to wake up early to exercise before I went to work. I actually thought it would be easier to find the time to exercise after he was born, simply because I would be at home all day. But I was so, so wrong. It's hard for anyone to find the time and the motivation to exercise every day, but when you have a little one, it gets even more difficult!
Not only do you have to fit it into your schedule, you now have to fit it into your little one's (much more) demanding schedule! I know everybody says to exercise during naptime, but they also say to shower, sleep, clean, make dinner, take some time to relax, and so much more! So even though running has never been my favorite form of exercise, after our little boy was born, it became my go-to way to get out of the house and burn a few calories. As a new stay-at-home mom, it was so nice to get out of the house for some fresh air, and my little boy LOVED being in his stroller. So since running made it possible for me to get some exercise without needing to use those precious naptime moments, we started going every day.
And then, when he was a little older, I joined a stroller workout group and found the perfect way to exercise and keep my little boy happy! And once again, I was so glad I had picked out a stroller that was lightweight and agile enough to exercise with. If you're searching for a new jogging stroller, the BOB Revolution Flex Jogging Stroller and the Bumbleride Speed Jogging Stroller are two very popular options! Let's look a little closer at each stroller.
BOB Revolution Flex Jogging Stroller
The BOB Revolution Flex Jogging Stroller has been a favorite of jogging moms and dads for years, and it's not hard to see why! It has so many features to keep your little ones safe and comfortable! Air-filled tires and an adjustable suspension system are designed to make the ride as smooth as possible for little ones of all sizes (from eight weeks old to seventy-five pounds). The ultra-padded seat features extra ventilation, a five-point harness for comfort and security, and if your little one needs a nap when you're out for a run, this stroller features a one-hand recline that adjusts by simply squeezing a button. I also love that it can be quickly moved from a fully-upright seating position to a completely flat, reclined position.

BOB Revolution Flex Jogging Stroller - Lagoon
The extra-large, UPF 50+ canopy has a large peek-a-boo window for easy viewing and will keep your little one protected from sun, snow, rain, and more! I also love the pockets that are integrated into the seat, so your little one can keep his favorite snacks and toys nearby, which also means you won't have to stop as often to hand things to them. It also has an extra-large cargo basket, so you can bring everything you'll need for a quick run or an all-day adventure.
The BOB Revolution Flex Jogging Stroller also has an adjustable nine-position padded handlebar and a front wheel that swivels to makes tight turns easy or locks for increased stability. And when you're all done with your run and you're ready to head home, it has a convenient foot-brake and an easy two-step fold. It is also compatible with a variety of infant car seats, including the Britax B-Safe, Graco Snugride, Chicco KeyFit, and Peg Perego Primo Viaggio. Bumbleride Speed Jogging Stroller
The Bumbleride Speed Jogging Stroller also has air-filled tires (16-inch rear tires, 12-inch front tires) and all-wheel suspension. The front wheel can be locked forward when you want to run, set to a 30-degree lock for a jog, and a 360-degree swivel when you want to walk. It also has a lightweight aluminum frame, an adjustable handlebar, a convenient one-step fold, and when it's closed it auto locks with a standing fold.
To keep your little one safe and comfortable, it has a five-point breakaway harness with shoulder pads, a foldable bumper bar, an adjustable footrest with side attachments for infants, and an SPF 45+ extendable canopy for extra coverage! I also love that it has an extra-large cargo basket with plenty of room for storing everything you might need (as well as the included air pump) and built-in storage for two water bottles.
