We are having a Tent Sale at our American Fork, UT store on Friday & Saturday May 2nd and 3rd 2025!
Tent Sale FAQs
1. Can I pay with cash?
Yes, but cards are preferred.

2. Will there be any online sales for customers that aren't local or can't make it?
This particular tent sale is an in-person event only.

3. Do I have to buy a ticket to get into the tent sale?
Nope! Just come shop whenever you want on Friday or Saturday!

4. Can I bring children?
Yes. However, be mindful that the Tent Sale is outside and near the street, will be very crowded the first few hours and it can be extremely hard to shop with kiddos. If you are bringing any infants, we recommend wearing them in a carrier instead of taking a stroller.

5. Are we limited to a certain number of Tent Sale items?
Nope! Feel free to buy the whole store! However, we may limit items that are high in demand if necessary.

6. What is the return policy for the Tent Sale?
All Tent Sale items are final sale and are non returnable.

7. How long are the lines to check out?
Every year we try our best to make the checkout process as quick as possible, checkout lines will be longest during the first 1-2 hours of the tent sale and after that should only be a few minutes. If you are looking to avoid crowds we recommend coming Friday afternoon or Saturday.

8. What should I do to get ready for the Tent Sale?
Invite your friends to come along, show up, and shop!

9. Where should I park?
You can park in the surrounding parking lots near our store including Costco! The only parking lot we do not recommend you parking in is directly in front of IFA or in their dirt lots. You will be towed if your car is blocking an entrance or exit or is not in an appropriate parking stall!

10. What will the discounts be like?
We will have lots of discounts on gear, clothing, toys, etc.! Our Tent Sale is often bigger than Black Friday so don't miss out! We will be finalizing all these deals until you see them at the Tent Sale, so hang tight. We add things to the Tent Sale even after the Tent Sale has started so discounts and deals are always changing!

11. Will I still get rewards points from my Tent Sale purchases?
Yes! You will always get cash back with our rewards program--even on sale items!

12. How often do you have a Tent Sale?
It depends on our inventory throughout the year, sometimes we have 1-2 tent sales and some years we don't have any.

13. Are there different sales every time?
Yes! We try to have items from every category (clothing, gear, nursery, etc.), but the items themselves are different every time.

14. Will there be new things both mornings or will all of the "good deals" be gone by Saturday?
We anticipate having lots of amazing deals both days. We often add new surprise sales on the 2nd day of the sale! Stay tuned!

15. Do people often line up before the sale begin? If so, how early?
You can start lining up at any time on Friday or Saturday! Historically, some people do line up early because the deals are just that good!

16. Are there people that can help carry things/load things into my car?
Yes! We have plenty of team members that are ready to help out when needed! If you need something loaded into your car, we can have you pull your car up and we can load it in for you!

17. If I have questions about gear or other products, will there be people to help me?
Yes! Our Cubby Moms and other team members are trained on our products and can help answer your questions! Plus our Cubby Moms can give you demonstrations with our car seats, strollers, and more!
