Free shipping applies to standard shipping orders over $95 within the continental US. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.
The following items are final sale: car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet products, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, and clearance items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method.

Very pleased with the quality and fabric. Is soft against a little person's skin, as it should be. The colors are different and pretty. There are soft ruffles in many places of the dress, which makes it extra-feminine. And the dress is very lightweight. A slip is attached. Is a delightful purchase!
