Free 5-7 day shipping is available on every order over $95 (excluding taxes and shipping fees) in the continental US. If you need expedited shipping, the cost will depend on your location and how quickly you want it shipped. You can get a shipping quote in your cart at checkout.

For standard shipping, FedEx and USPS take up to 5-7 business days to deliver your order. However, most items arrive within 3-5 business days.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.
The following items are final sale: car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet products, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, and clearance items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method.

Baby Cubby went above and beyond as far as customer service goes! I ordered an UPPAbaby stroller that was discounted because the color was going to be discontinued. It was a savings of over $250 so I decided it was worth it to get a color I normally would not have picked. A few days after the order was placed, I got a phone call that said they had received so many orders the system could not keep up and they were out of stock of the stroller. They, however, honored the price and allowed me to pick another color of the stroller. I felt like I won the lottery! The woman on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful and I ended up getting the color I originally wanted for the price I was willing to pay for another color. I will 100% be purchasing from them again!

Love this stroller!! Had fallen in love with it while using my sister’s, and I knew I wanted it for my baby. Haven’t put it to full use yet until he comes in September, but it was so easy to put together… baby cubby customer service was amazing when they sold out of the original color I ordered during a sale. The new color I picked was Gregory and it is gorgeous!! Super nice stroller and LOVE the smoothness and versatility from newborn to two kids!
