Free shipping applies to standard shipping orders over $95 within the continental US. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping.

Free 5-7 day shipping is available on every order over $95 (excluding taxes and shipping fees) in the continental US. If you need expedited shipping, the cost will depend on your location and how quickly you want it shipped. You can get a shipping quote in your cart at checkout.

For standard shipping, FedEx and USPS take up to 5-7 business days to deliver your order. However, most items arrive within 3-5 business days.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.
The following items are final sale: car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet products, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, and clearance items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method.
To start a return, contact us at hello@babycubby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

They said they were out, put the money back on my gift card. But it was part of a larger order that got free shipping, so now I've got $12 on my gift card which if I want to use I'll now have to pay for shipping since it's a small order. Tried to ask for free shipping to make up for their error, they said it "wouldn't be fair". Really? Their mistake for not having it in stock after I ordered it. It's the least they could have done. Have you seen what you can get for $12 on their site? Hilarious.

Found Again!!
My daughter found this trex hand puppet among her older brothers randomly collected toys, and over the course of time, it went from her mortal enemy to her best friend. Unfortunately, as with most well-loved toys, it began to lose its luster and pop holes. I searched, and searched, online for his twin and finally found it here! It arrived quickly and she was SO happy to open her little package and find her “Trex Two” and continue on her little dino adventures with a newly added friend.
