The included Maxi-Cosi Audio Monitor features CryAssist™, powered by Zoundream. The groundbreaking CryAssist™ technology uses AI to translate your little one’s cries, letting you know if they might be sleepy, fussy, gassy, agitated, or hungry. Other baby monitors just detect a child’s cries––but by knowing what is bothering your baby, you’ll be able to respond to their needs quickly and with confidence. Your little one is communicating with you, and with CryAssist, now you’ll know what they’re saying. Each of CryAssist’s response-based features are optional, ensuring control is always in your hands. With cries and cry data kept anonymous and encrypted on the cloud, private moments are kept between you and baby.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping orders over $95 within the continental US. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items have attached tags, original packaging, and can be sold as new.
The following items are final sale: car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet products, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, and clearance items. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Refunds will be given by the original payment method.
